Dying to Live

Good Morning,There is a key life principle that I believe all successful people have embraced. It is this: to make significant gains in any area of your life you will have to make personal sacrifices on a regular basis. This is true at work, at home, in your relationship with God, in a relationship with a spouse or girlfriend/boyfriend and even at personal endeavors such as sports or music. We are all bound by the constraints of limited talent, limited time and for most of us, a limited amount of money. Even if you had all the money to do anything, there would still be insufficient time to use it all. If you had all the time in the world you would still lack the money to do anything and everything you wanted to do. You get the idea. Choices and tradeoffs are constantly required of us.Nothing significant is gained without sacrifice. Some of these sacrifices will be small and relatively easy. Others will give us pause and require greater self-denial. Here is the deal, if you want to have the potential for real significance in any area of your life you need to understand this: You will have to die to yourself over and over and over again. Why, because this makes it possible for you live and LIVE LARGE. Thus Die to Live. So, what are you willing to die to so you can start to live and become a real difference maker in your sphere of influence?Live this week on purpose,Ron Klopfenstein
