The Source of Real Freedom

Good Morning,

As we anticipate celebrating the 4thof July holiday this week, I thought I would pass along a few quotes from individuals who have had a big impact on our nation.  They were not theologians or pastors. Yet they realized that they were not the center of anything, but that God alone belongs at the center.  From God at the center flows real and lasting freedom. May God’s people lead the way in humility, genuine love and an unwavering conviction in the truth of God’s Word.

“It is the duty of all nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey His will, to be grateful for His benefits, and humbly to import His protection and favor.” - - George Washington
